Reiki
Reiki sessions are a non-invasive, natural energy-based approach to healing. They support your own healing processes by affecting the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual levels. Crystals are often used, yet optional.
Reiki Sessions with Amber
Amber's reiki sessions are interactive. She may guide you through a relaxing session using visualization to help you in clearing blocks, hypnosis (if guided to do so), clear past-life traumas, clear chakras, channel guides, angels and/or more, and assist you in gaining a more positive outlook on life. Your solutions personally accomodate the type of change that is in your best interest to create at this time. Intuitive Guidance
Intuitive Guidance involves reaching the core issues surrounding the problems in your life. She does not 'mind read' so much as gather information through your feelings and the feelings of those you are involved with. She may also receive pictures, sounds or a particular fragrance (associated with a deceased friend/family member or angel) and a knowingness about you, your current events and those around you.
Amber may channel your Guides, Angels, High Self, the deceased and/or more while also intuitively picking up information concerning your deepest issues of self-worth resulting from past-life traumas and relationships, and current issues. She can offer you esoteric and practical solutions on how to improve your life on all levels such as family, body, relationships, career, self-esteem and spirituality. Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a natural state of deep physical and mental relaxation. In this state your subconscious opens and accepts positive suggestions and imagery.
We all enter Hypnosis at various times such as watching television or driving. While In hypnosis the client’s attention is focused in one area, closing out other stimulation. The client is always in control and accepts only the suggestions which are beneficial. He/she also remembers what is said and done while in trance. Everyone achieves their own hypnotic state by cooperating with the suggestions to relax and concentrate. The Hypnotherapist is but an instructor or coach, guiding the client.
THE POWER OF SUGGESTION
The following is a brief example of how suggestions work.
Imagine that you are putting a lemon on a plate. You cut the juicy lemon in half. Imagine sucking on the lemon, experiencing the tart, sour juices, being careful to catch them before they flow down the corners of your mouth.

During an SRT session, while the high self of the client is accessed, a pendulum is used as an indicator of the specific issues/energies/programs or more that require clearing.
